Closing Costs and Recording. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, Buyer shall be responsible for filing or recording any instruments or documents evidencing, or otherwise notifying persons who are not parties to this Agreement regarding, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and all costs associated with such filing, recording, or notice.
