Closing Costs - Items to be Credited to Seller. If the regular homeowner association dues or any of the other expenses listed in Section 10.1 were paid prior to the Closing Date for a period of time subsequent to such date, then Buyer shall pay to Seller at Closing that portion of the assessment attributable to the period of time after the Closing Date.
