Common use of Closing Date Acceleration Clause in Contracts

Closing Date Acceleration. Section 2.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date “March 30, 2009” from the first sentence thereof and inserting the date “June 25, 2008” in its place.

Closing Date Acceleration. Section 2.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the date “March 30November 27, 20092008” from the first sentence thereof and inserting the date “June 25July 9, 2008” in its place.
