Closing Date and Acquisition Date Deposit. On the Closing Date and on each Acquisition Date, the Servicer will deposit into the Collection Account all amounts received and applied as interest or principal on the Initial Receivables or the Additional Receivables, as applicable, during the period from the related Cutoff Date to two (2) Business Days before the Closing Date or Acquisition Date, as applicable.
