Common use of Closing Date and Place Clause in Contracts

Closing Date and Place. The closing of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement shall be held on or before December 20, 2012 (the “Closing Date”), at the offices of Seller at Samson Plaza, Two West Second Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103 or at such other place as the Parties mutually agree (the “Closing”).
