Common use of Closing Date Opinions of Counsels Clause in Contracts

Closing Date Opinions of Counsels. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxx & Loeb, LLP, U.S. counsel for the Company, Ogier, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, and JurisAsia LLC, Singapore counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Representative’s Counsel addressed to the Representative and stating that such opinions may be relied upon by Representative’s Counsel.

Closing Date Opinions of Counsels. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the favorable opinion of Xxxx Loeb & Loeb, LLP, U.S. counsel for the Company, Ogier, Cayman Islands counsel for the Company, and JurisAsia Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxx LLC, Singapore and Malaysian counsel for the Company, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Representative’s Counsel addressed to the Representative and stating that such opinions may be relied upon by Representative’s Counsel.
