Closing Date; Third Party Delays. Unless otherwise provided herein, the consummation of the purchase and sale of the Property shall occur upon “Completion” of the Improvements as provided herein, which is to be on , (the “Closing” or “Closing Date”, which shall be evidenced by delivery of warranty deed and payment of Purchase Price). Buyer has the right to choose any mortgage company or title company for this transaction; however, if Buyer chooses a title company other than Southland Title or a mortgage company other than Movement Mortgage and the chosen title company causes a delay or the mortgage company cannot fund the loan and complete the transaction on Closing Date, at Seller’s discretion, Seller has the option to not extend this Agreement and Property shall be re-listed on the market.
