Closing Date Warrant Clause Samples

Closing Date Warrant. The Administrative Agent shall have received an executed counterpart of the Closing Date Warrant duly executed and delivered by the Borrower.

Closing Date Warrant. The Lender shall have received an executed counterpart of (i) a Warrant Certificate and Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, duly executed, delivered and validly issued by the Borrower, and (ii) the Closing Date Warrant.
