Common use of Closing Deliveries by Acquiree and Acquiree Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Closing Deliveries by Acquiree and Acquiree Shareholders. At the Closing: (a) Acquiree shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, certificate(s) representing its Acquiree Shares, accompanied by an executed instrument of transfer for transfer by Acquiree of its Acquiree Shares to the Acquiror; and (b) the Acquiree, and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 9.3 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiree and Acquiree Shareholders. At the Closing: (a) each Acquiree Shareholder shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, certificate(s) representing its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares, accompanied by an executed instrument of transfer for transfer by such Acquiree Shareholder of its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares to the Acquiror; and (b) the Acquiree, Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal ShareholderShareholders, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 9.3 10.3 hereof.

At the Closing: (a) each Acquiree Shareholder shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, certificate(s) representing its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares, accompanied by an executed instrument of transfer for transfer by such Acquiree Shareholder of its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares to the Acquiror; and (b) the Acquiree, Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 9.3 10.3 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiree and Acquiree Shareholders. At the Closing: (a) Acquiree shall deliver $250,000 to Acquiror, (b) each Acquiree Shareholder shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, certificate(s) representing its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares, accompanied by an executed instrument of transfer for transfer by such Acquiree Shareholder of its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares to the Acquiror; and (bC) the Acquiree, Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 9.3 10.3 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiree and Acquiree Shareholders. At the Closing: (a) each Acquiree Shareholder shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, certificate(s) representing its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares, accompanied by an executed instrument of transfer for transfer by such Acquiree Shareholder of its such Acquiree Shareholder’s Acquiree Shares to the Acquiror; and (b) the Acquiree, Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Sole Shareholder, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 9.3 10.3 hereof.
