Common use of Closing Deliveries by Acquiror and Acquiror Principal Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Closing Deliveries by Acquiror and Acquiror Principal Shareholder. At the Closing: (a) the Acquiror shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, a certificate evidencing the number of Acquiror Shares, set forth beside each Acquiree Shareholder’s name on Schedule I hereto; and (b) the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 10.2 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiror and Acquiror Principal Shareholder. At the Closing: (a) the Acquiror shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, a certificate evidencing the number of Acquiror Shares, set forth beside each Acquiree Shareholder’s name on Schedule I hereto; and (b) the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiree and the Acquiree Shareholders, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 10.2 9.2 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiror and Acquiror Principal Shareholder. At the Closing: (a) the Acquiror shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, a certificate evidencing the number of Acquiror Shares, set forth beside each Acquiree ShareholderMember’s name on Schedule I hereto; and (b) the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiree and the Acquiree ShareholdersMembers, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 10.2 hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Acquiror and Acquiror Principal Shareholder. At the Closing: (a) the Acquiror shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, a certificate evidencing the number of Acquiror Shares, set forth beside each Acquiree Ultimate Shareholder’s name on Schedule I hereto; and (b) the Acquiror and the Acquiror Principal Shareholder, as applicable, shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Acquiree and the Acquiree Ultimate Shareholders, as applicable, the various documents required to be delivered as a condition to the Closing pursuant to Section 10.2 hereof.
