Closing Deliveries by British Columbia. Subject to the Permitted Encumbrances and the terms of this Agreement, including the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent under 5.2 and 5.3, British Columbia will, with respect to each transfer, provide the Designated Entity identified under 8.3 with a Crown Grant transferring the indefeasible title to the Lands on the Closing Date.
