Common use of Closing Deliveries by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Sellers: (a) the Shares; (b) such other documents, instruments and certificates as Sellers may reasonably request.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Sellers: (a) the Shares; ; (b) such other documents, instruments and certificates as Sellers may reasonably request.

At the Closing, Buyer shall will deliver (or cause to be delivered) delivered to SellersSeller: (ai) the SharesPurchase Price; (bii) such instruments of assumption and other instruments or documents, instruments in form and substance reasonable acceptable to Seller and Buyer, as may be necessary to effect Buyer’s assumption of the Assumed Liabilities, including, but not limited to assumption of the Supply Agreement; (iii) copies of all Buyer Consents; and (iv) the certificates as Sellers may reasonably requestand other documents to be delivered pursuant to Article IX hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) delivered to SellersSeller and/or its Affiliates: (ai) the Shares;Closing Payment; and (bii) such the certificates and other documents, instruments and certificates as Sellers may reasonably requestdocuments to be delivered pursuant to Article IX hereof.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to SellersSeller: (a) the Overstock Shares; (b) such other documents, instruments and certificates as Sellers Seller may reasonably request.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or pay, or cause to be delivered) delivered or paid, to SellersSellers the following: (a) the Shares; (b) such other documents, instruments and certificates as Sellers may reasonably request.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall will deliver (or cause to be delivered) delivered to SellersSeller: (a) the Shares;Preliminary Cash Payment; and (b) such other documentsthe various certificates, instruments and certificates as Sellers may reasonably requestdocuments referred to in Section 4.3 below.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At the Closing, Buyer shall deliver (or cause caused to be delivered) delivered to SellersSeller: (ai) the Shares;Purchase Price; and (bii) such other documents, instruments and certificates documents as Sellers Seller may reasonably requestrequest for the purpose of facilitating the consummation of the Contemplated Transaction.
