Common use of Closing Deliveries by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At Closing, Buyer will deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Sellers (or as Sellers or this Agreement otherwise directs), the following: (a) payment of the Purchase Price, pursuant to Article 2; and (b) all other documents and items required by this Agreement to be delivered, or caused to be delivered, by Buyer at Closing.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At Closing, Buyer will deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Sellers Seller (or as Sellers or this Agreement Seller otherwise directs), the following: (a) payment of the Estimated Purchase Price, pursuant to Article 2; and (b) all other documents and items required by this Agreement to be delivered, or caused to be delivered, by Buyer at Closing.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At Closing, Buyer will deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Sellers the Seller (or as Sellers the Seller or this Agreement otherwise directs), the following: (a) payment a Xxxx of Sale in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 5.2(a), executed by Buyer; (b) all other documents as the Seller may reasonably request to facilitate the consummation of the Purchase Price, pursuant to Article 2transactions contemplated herein; and (bc) all other documents and items required by this Agreement to be delivered, or caused to be delivered, by Buyer at Closing.

Closing Deliveries by Buyer. At Closing, Buyer will deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Sellers (the Target Companies or the Paying Agent, as Sellers or this Agreement otherwise directs)applicable, the following: (a) payment of the Purchase PriceEstimated Consideration, pursuant to Article 2; and (b) all other documents the Escrow Agreement, dated the Closing Date and items required executed by this Agreement to be delivered, or caused to be delivered, by Buyer at ClosingBuyer.
