Closing Deliveries by the Operating Partnership. At the Closing, the Operating Partnership shall execute and deliver to each Contributor the following: (a) a certificate evidencing ownership of the applicable number of units calculated in accordance with Section 1.2(a) hereof; (b) a duly executed signature page to the Partnership Agreement; and (c) a duly executed signature page to the Tax Protection Agreement.
