Closing Documentation, etc. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions set forth in §11, each Lender that has executed this Credit Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document and matter either sent, or made available, by the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such Lender for consent, approval, acceptance or satisfaction, or required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to such Lender, unless an officer of the Administrative Agent or the Arranger acting upon any Borrower’s account shall have received notice from such Lender not less than three days prior to the Closing Date specifying such Lender’s objection thereto and such objection shall not have been withdrawn by notice to the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such effect on or prior to the Closing Date.

Closing Documentation, etc. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions set forth in §1112, each Lender that has executed this Credit Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document and matter either sent, or made available, by the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such Lender for consent, approval, acceptance or satisfaction, or required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to such Lender, unless an officer of the Administrative Agent or active upon the Arranger acting upon any Borrower’s Borrowers’ account shall have received notice from such Lender not less than three days (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Effective Date specifying such Lender’s objection thereto and such objection shall not have been withdrawn by notice to the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such effect on or prior to the Closing Effective Date.

Closing Documentation, etc. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions set forth in §119, each Lender that has executed this Credit Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document and matter either sent, or made available, by the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such Lender for consent, approval, acceptance or satisfaction, or required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to such Lender, unless an officer of the Administrative Agent or the Arranger acting upon any Borrower’s the Borrowers’ account shall have received notice from such Lender not less than three two (2) days prior to the Closing Amendment Effective Date specifying such Lender’s objection thereto and such objection shall not have been withdrawn by notice to the Administrative Agent or the Arranger to such effect on or prior to the Closing Amendment Effective Date.

Closing Documentation, etc. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions set forth in §11ss.13, each Lender that has executed this Credit Agreement shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted, or to be satisfied with, each document and matter matters either sent, or made available, by the Administrative Agent or the Arranger Initial Agents to such Lender for consent, approval, acceptance or satisfaction, or required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to such Lender, unless an officer of the Administrative Agent or the Arranger acting Initial Agents active upon any the Borrower’s 's account shall have received notice from such Lender not less than three 2 days prior to the Closing Date date hereof specifying such Lender’s 's objection thereto and such objection shall not have been withdrawn by notice to the Administrative Agent or the Arranger Initial Agents to such effect on or prior to the Closing Datedate hereof.
