Closing Fees; Arrangement Fee; Agency Fee etc. (a) On the Closing Date, Borrower shall pay to the Closing Date Lenders, through the Administrative Agent, the closing fees in the amount heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement among Borrower and each Closing Date Lender. All such fees shall be fully earned when paid and shall be non-refundable.
