Closing of Concurrent Escrows. The purchase and sale transactions that are the subject of the Concurrent Escrows shall be consummated in accordance with the respective terms and conditions thereof on the Closing Date concurrently with the closing of the Escrow and consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
