Common use of Closing of the Transactions Clause in Contracts

Closing of the Transactions. The conditions precedent to completion of the Transactions set forth in the Merger Agreement (other than those conditions that by their nature are to be satisfied at the closing of the Transactions set forth in the Merger Agreement) shall have been met or waived by the parties thereto such that the Transactions will close substantially concurrently with, but after, the Closing.
