Common use of Closing Spreadsheet Clause in Contracts

Closing Spreadsheet. At least five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing, the Company shall deliver to Parent the Closing Spreadsheet prepared in accordance with Section 6.8, and a draft of the Company Closing Financial Certificate.

Closing Spreadsheet. At least five (5) three Business Days prior to the Closing, the Company shall deliver to Parent Purchaser the Closing Spreadsheet prepared in accordance with Section 6.86.9, and a draft of the Company Closing Financial Certificate.

Closing Spreadsheet. At least five three (53) Business Days prior to the Closing, the Company shall deliver to Parent the Closing Spreadsheet prepared in accordance with Section 6.8, and a draft of the Company Closing Financial Certificate.
