Common use of Closing Time Clause in Contracts

Closing Time. Owner agrees that if Owner's animals are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 p.m. then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Place for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.

Closing Time. Owner agrees that if Owner's animals ’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 5:00 p.m. and have not an arranged a different time with us, then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Place Four Paws Salon & Retreat, LLC for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.

Owner agrees that if Owner's animals ’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 p.m. 6:30pm central time, then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to will pay Paw Purs Place The Doghouse for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.

Owner agrees that if Owner's animals ’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m., then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Place Yuppy Puppy for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.

Owner agrees that if Owner's animals ’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 5:00 p.m. CST time, then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Place Four Paws Salon & Retreat, LLC for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food.

Owner agrees that if Owner's animals dog’(s) are not picked up by the closing time of 6:00 p.m. then Owner hereby authorizes overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Paw Purs Pur’s Place for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required foodspecialty food and medication.
