Common use of Closure of Escrow Account Clause in Contracts

Closure of Escrow Account. The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the Concessionaire. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Closure of Escrow Account. The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire Contractor and the Lenders’ Representative Government made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Contractor of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements Contract including the payments specified in Clause 4.24.2 (“Withdrawals upon termination”), and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireContractor. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Closure of Escrow Account. The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative Implementation Agency made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Implementation Agency of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Contract Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireImplementation Agency. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative Investors made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Company of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement Transaction Documents and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such paymentsthis Agreement, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the Concessionaire. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminatedCompany.

Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire Operator and the Lenders’ Representative Temple office made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Operator of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireOperator. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire Operator and the Senior Lenders’ ' Representative made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Operator of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements Documents including the payments specified in Clause Article 4.2, and upon confirmation confirmation' of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireOperator. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Closure of Escrow Account. 7.3.1 The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of RLDA, the Concessionaire Lessee and the Lenders’ ' Representative made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Lessee of all outstanding amounts of Lease Premium under the Concession Lease Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2this Escrow Agreement, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts Accounts' and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireLessee. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative Operator made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Operator of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements Contract including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireOperator. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Closure of Escrow Account. i. The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the Concessionaire. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire Operator and the Lenders’ Representative Authority made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Operator of all outstanding amounts under the Concession O&M Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireAuthority. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

Closure of Escrow Account. The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire Service Provider and the Lenders’ Representative BBMP made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire BBMP / the Service Provider of all outstanding amounts under the Concession Service Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such payments, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the ConcessionaireBBMP. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated.

The Escrow Bank shall, at the request of the Concessionaire and the Lenders’ Representative Authority made on or after the payment by the Concessionaire Authority of all outstanding amounts the Grant under the Concession Agreement and the Financing Agreements including the payments specified in Clause 4.2, and upon confirmation of receipt of such paymentsAgreement, close the Escrow Account and Sub-Accounts and pay any amount standing to the credit thereof to the Concessionaire. Upon closure of the Escrow Account hereunder, the Escrow Agreement shall be deemed to be terminatedAuthority.
