COVERED: Gas Valve, Main Burner, Pilot Burner, Thermocouple, Manifold, Transformer, Relay, Regulator, Standard Thermostat, Igniter, Fuse, Sensor, Power Pack, Seals, Drive Belt, Surface Limit Control, Motor, Bearings, Pulleys, Controls (replaced with builder’s standard), Timer and Electrical Heating Element. NOT COVERED: Venting, knobs and dials, damage to clothing, lint screens, dryer cabinet fragrance/ humidity center or cosmetic issues.

COVERED: gas valve, main burner, pilot burner, thermocouple, manifold, transformer, relay, regulator, standard thermostat, igniter, fuse, sensor, power pack, drive belt, surface limit control, motor, bearings, pulleys, controls, timer and electrical heating element. NOT COVERED: All other components, including but not limited to: venting, knobs and dials, seals, damage to clothing, lint screens, dryer cabinet fragrance/ humidity center or cosmetic issues.

Clothes Dryer. Check and tighten supply connections (gas/electric); check and adjust leveling of unit; check operation of all console controls; check cycling of heat thermostats; check/clean blower wheel area; check dryer belt; check rollers and glides; check heater wiring/gas valve connections; clean lint from inside cabinet and filter; check lint filter; check venting for proper airflow; clean out dryer vent lines.
Clothes Dryer. Services provided hereunder include services to clothes dryers, including all components and parts due to normal wear and tear, except as described below: EXCLUDED: Noise, Venting, Lint screens, Knobs dials and switches, Doors, Door seals, Hinges, Glass, Leveling and balancing, Damage to clothing, latch assemblies, odors, and drawers. AHW will pay up to $800.00 for diagnosis, replacement, repair, and labor.
Clothes Dryer. All parts and components of one natural gas clothes dryer, except; filter and lint screens, knobs and dials, venting, damage to clothing. All parts and components except; grates, knobs, handles, briquettes, cosmetic repairs such as rust.
