Cloud Computing Requirements Sample Clauses
The Cloud Computing Requirements clause sets out the standards and obligations that must be met when using cloud-based services within the scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause addresses issues such as data security, compliance with relevant laws, service availability, and backup procedures, and may require the cloud provider to maintain certain certifications or provide regular reports. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities and helps mitigate risks related to data breaches, service outages, or regulatory non-compliance.
