Cloud Services Fees. Customer shall pay all fees specified in the Ordering Document. Fees based on the UOM or other quantity as indicated on the Ordering Document, will not be decreased during the Subscription Term. Unless otherwise set out in the Ordering Document, the fees for the Cloud Services will be invoiced in advance.
