CLOUD-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS. The following provisions apply where the Customer purchases a subscription to the Cloud Product only: 28.1 Availability: VUCITY shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the cloud Product available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for: 28.1.1 planned maintenance carried out outside of Normal Business Hours; and 28.1.2 unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that VUCITY has used reasonable endeavours to give the Customer at least reasonable notice in advance. 28.2 Support: VUCITY will, at no additional cost to the Customer, provide the Customer with telephone and email support within Normal Business Hours. 28.3 Maximum usage: the Customer shall procure that each User shall not spend more than 30 hours logged into the cloud Product per calendar month. In the event that the average usage per User of the Customer exceeds the combined total allowance per calendar month, VUCITY shall be entitled to invoice the Customer for the additional use, as if the additional use constituted an equivalent number of additional users for the purpose of the Order Form and clause 4.2 of this Agreement.
