CLSP Service Arrangement Descriptions. 1.6.1 CLSP Business is available to CLEC for CLEC’s business End User Customers and is the combination of an analog Line Side Port and Shared Transport provided under the Agreement with an analog - 2 wire voice grade Loop provided in accordance with CLEC’s ICAs, except for those Loops that are otherwise provided for in the Agreement.
