Upon termination of this Agreement, Employee shall either (i) give up his membership at said country club and cause any refund of all or a portion of the initiation fee due from the club in connection therewith to be paid to AmeriPath or (ii) retain such membership and pay to AmeriPath the amount that would have been paid to AmeriPath (as described in clause (i) above) if he had resigned his membership.
