Common use of CM/GC Clause in Contracts

CM/GC. The CM/GC is the entity engaged by the Owner for the construction of the Project. The CM/GC shall perform the construction of the Project in accordance with the Construction Documents. The CM/GC shall participate as a team member with the Program Manager and the Design Professional in (i) the design process for the Project, (ii) the scheduling of the construction of the Project, including Components thereof and (iii) in the process of completion and closeout of the Project. The CM/GC has the responsibility of developing the proposed GMP change order.
