CMHA's Responsibilities. 1) Except in cases of an emergency or in response to a tenant-generated work order request, CMHA shall give to Tenant at least 48 hours written notice that CMHA intends to enter the unit. CMHA may enter only at reasonable times.
2) CMHA may enter Tenant's dwelling unit at any time without advance notification when there is reasonable cause to believe that an emergency exists.
3) If Tenant and all adult members of the household are absent from the dwelling unit at the time of entry, CMHA shall, for any entry into the unit for which the Tenant did not receive prior notice, leave in the dwelling unit a written statement specifying the date, time and purpose of entry. A work order request constitutes permission for CMHA to enter the unit when the Tenant is absent,
