CMR'S DUTY UPON DEFAULT. Immediately, but no later than three (3) days after receipt of notice that it is in default hereunder, the CMR shall discontinue all further operations in connection with the Work, or such specified part thereof, and shall immediately vacate the Project Site, or such specified part thereof, leaving untouched all plant, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and job site records.
