Common use of CMRS to LEC Inter Clause in Contracts

CMRS to LEC Inter. MTA Traffic that is: (a) originated on the CMRS network of XXXXXX; (b) delivered to the [LEC] network over the connecting facilities pursuant to this Agreement; and (c) terminated on the LEC network of [LEC];

CMRS to LEC Inter. MTA Traffic that is: (a) originated on the CMRS network of XXXXXXTritel; (b) delivered to the [LEC] Xxxxxxxxxxx network over the connecting facilities pursuant to this Agreement; and (c) terminated on the incumbent LEC network of [LEC]Xxxxxxxxxxx;

CMRS to LEC Inter. MTA Traffic that is: (a) originated on the CMRS network of XXXXXXACC OF KENTUCKY; (b) delivered to the [LEC] HTC network over the connecting facilities pursuant to this Agreement; and (c) terminated on the incumbent LEC network of [LEC]HTC;

CMRS to LEC Inter. MTA Traffic that is: (a) originated on the CMRS network of XXXXXXPowertel; (b) delivered to the [LEC] Xxxxxxxxxxx network over the connecting facilities pursuant to this Agreement; and (c) terminated on the incumbent LEC network of [LEC]Xxxxxxxxxxx;
