Common use of CMS Inspection Clause in Contracts

CMS Inspection. Notwithstanding NDD's obligation to provide the certificate set forth in Section 13.5, NDD shall permit CMS upon reasonable notice and during regular business hours, but no more often than once in each calendar year, access to those areas of NDD's manufacturing facilities where the ASICs are manufactured, tested, packaged, stored, handled and shipped and access to the manufacturing records of the ASICs manufactured for CMS.
