Common use of CNAI and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

CNAI and Affiliates. The obligation of Citibank to purchase Receivable Interests under this Agreement may be satisfied by CNAI or any of its Affiliates. With respect to any Receivable Interest or interest therein owned by it, CNAI shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Bank and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent. CNAI and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, the Collection Agent or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller, the Collection Agent or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if CNAI were not the Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Investors or the Banks.

CNAI and Affiliates. The obligation of Citibank to purchase Receivable Interests under this Agreement may be satisfied by CNAI or any of its Affiliates. With respect to any Receivable Interest or interest therein owned by it, CNAI and its Affiliates shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Bank Committed Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent. CNAI and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, the Collection Agent Transaction Parties or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller, the Collection Agent Transaction Parties or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if CNAI were not the Administrative Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Investors Managing Agents, the Conduit Purchasers or the BanksCommitted Purchasers.

CNAI and Affiliates. The obligation of Citibank to purchase Purchase Receivable Interests or make reinvestments under this Agreement may be satisfied by CNAI or any of its Affiliates. With respect to any Receivable Interest or interest therein owned by it, CNAI shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement agreement as any Bank and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent. CNAI and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, the Collection Agent Originator or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller, the Collection Agent Originator or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if CNAI were not the Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Investors any Purchaser or the Banksany Bank.

CNAI and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Seller, the Collection Agent Servicer or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Parent, the Seller, the Collection Agent Servicer, any Originator, or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if CNAI CLB were not the Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Investors or the Banks.

With respect to any Receivable Interest or interest therein owned by it, CNAI shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement agreement as any Bank and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent. CNAI and any of its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, the Collection Agent any Originator or any Obligor, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller, the Collection Agent any Originator or any Obligor or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if CNAI were not the Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Investors or the Banks.
