CNLRP acknowledges and agrees to be bound by and comply with the provisions of Section 3.1(a) and (b) of CNLRP Stockholders’ Agreement as if a party thereto with respect to transfers of record of ownership of shares of CNLRP Common Stock, and agrees to notify the transfer agent for any CNLRP Common Stock of such provisions.
