Common use of Co-Agent Clause in Contracts

Co-Agent. The Lender identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "co-agent" shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any of the other Financing Agreements other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Lender so identified shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agent. The Lender identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agent" Agent shall have no rightrights, powerpowers, obligationobligations, liabilityliabilities, responsibility responsibilities or duty duties under this Agreement or any of the other Financing Agreements other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the such Lender so identified shall not have or and shall not be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the such Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Lender so identified as a "co-agent" shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
