Common use of Co-Agent Clause in Contracts

Co-Agent. The Co-Agent shall have all of the duties which may be agreed upon or assigned to it from time to time by the Agent. In the event any such duties are assigned to the Co-Agent, the Co-Agent shall be entitled to the same indemnifications and other protections and held to the same standard of care as provided in this Article 7 for the Agent.
