Common use of Co-Agents Clause in Contracts

Co-Agents. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "co-agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement or elsewhere herein or in the future appointed by the Banks as a "co-agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified or appointed as a "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified or appointed in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature --------- pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified as Co-Agents in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "co-agentDocumentation Agent," "Syndication Agent," "Senior Managing Agent" or "Managing Agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

None of the Banks identified on in the facing page preamble or signature pages of this Agreement as a "co-agent" or "syndication agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" or "syndication agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "documentation agent" or "co-agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "documentation agent" or "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks identified on the facing page page, preamble or signature pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

The Arranger shall not have any obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" ", nor the Arranger, shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified or the Arranger in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.05 hereof, none of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agent" Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "co-agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified as a Co-Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks No Bank identified on the facing page or the signature pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks no Bank so identified as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks Bank so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents. None of the Banks No Bank identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "coCo-agentAgent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks no Bank so identified as a "co-agentCo- Agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks Bank so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Co-Agents.
