Co-Collateral Agents. Each Co-Collateral Agent hereby agrees and acknowledges that all decisions to be made by the Co-Collateral Agents shall be made after each Co-Collateral Agent has been consulted by the other Co-Collateral Agents. In the event of a disagreement among Co-Collateral Agents in respect of matters to be determined pursuant to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents, the consenting vote of a majority of the Co-Collateral Agents shall be required.
