Co-Development Reporting Clause Samples

Co-Development Reporting. During the Co-Development Period, each Party shall furnish to the JSC, on a quarterly basis and within thirty (30) days after each calendar quarter, written reports that describe in reasonable detail: (a) the Co-Development Costs incurred by such Party; (b) non-binding good faith estimates of Co-Development Costs to be incurred during the next two (2) calendar quarters by such Party; (c) all Co-Development conducted by such Party, and a summary of any Co-Development Data and results therefrom; and (d) all Co-Development that is currently in process or that are planned to be undertaken during the next two (2) calendar quarters. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, such reports shall be deemed the Confidential Information of the reporting Party under this Agreement.
