Common use of Co-Insurer Clause in Contracts

Co-Insurer. If, on account of the failure of Tenant to comply with the foregoing provisions, Landlord is adjudged a co-insurer by its insurance carrier, then, any loss or damage Landlord shall sustain by reason thereof, including attorneys' fees and costs, shall be borne by Tenant and shall be immediately paid by Tenant upon receipt of a xxxx therefor and evidence of such loss.
