CO-OPERATION WITH THIRD PARTIES. 1. In case of cooperation with third parties including subcontractors, the Partner concerned shall remain solely responsible to the Promoter concerning compliance with its obligations as set out in this Partnership Agreement.

In case of cooperation If a party to this agreement cooperates with third parties parties, including subcontractorsexternal service providers, the Partner concerned it shall remain solely responsible to the Promoter concerning compliance with its obligations as set out in this Partnership Agreementagreement. Any project partner shall inform the lead partner about the subject and party of any contract concluded with such a third party.
