Common use of Co-Origination Agreement Clause in Contracts

Co-Origination Agreement. Each of the Holders hereby acknowledges and agrees that on and after the date hereof, the Co-Origination Agreement is hereby terminated and of no force and effect and no provisions shall apply with respect to the Mezzanine Loan.
