Common use of Co-Promotion Option Clause in Contracts

Co-Promotion Option. Theravance will notify GSK in writing if it wishes to Co-Promote an Alliance Product, not later than the date of the filing of the New Drug Application for an Alliance Product in the United States. If GSK is willing to progress discussions, the parties will then meet as soon as practicable to further discuss and agree in good faith suitable terms provided always that any such proposed arrangement shall always be [*].
