Common use of Co-Trustee Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Co-Trustee Responsibility. No Trustee shall be or become liable for any act or omission of a co-trustee serving hereunder with the Trustee (except to the extent that liability is imposed under ERISA) or of a prior Trustee hereunder, it being the purpose and intent that each Trustee shall be liable only for the Trustee's own acts or omissions during the Trustee's term of service as Trustee hereunder.
