Coaches, Club Advisors. Meeting time Employees who serve as coaches and student club advisors will not schedule practices or club meetings which interfere with faculty or other professional meetings scheduled within the Employee workday. Employees who serve as coaches and club advisors in the CVSU who are not in control of their competition schedules shall be excused from faculty/professional meetings that conflict with a scheduled competition, provided the conflict has been provided to the Principal at the beginning of the season or as soon thereafter as the conflict arises.
