CoBank Certificate. Worsley and the Companies shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a certificate of CoBank, ACB in the form of Exhibit H attached hereto (the “CoBank Certificate”), duly executed by CoBank as administrative agent under the Credit Facility.
