COBRA Terminations. The TPA will notify the Plan Sponsor of the date COBRA continuation coverage will expire, in the absence of any default, for each COBRA Participant. Such notice will be given in an eligibility report provided by the TPA to the Plan Sponsor on a monthly basis.
