Code Section 409A Timing of Reimbursements. All reimbursements under this Agreement, including without limitation Section 4.6, will be made as soon as practicable following submission of a reimbursement request, but no later than the end of the year following the year during which the underlying expense was incurred (or as may be later provided in Section 9.7).
