Codexis Software Restrictions. Codexis retains ownership of all Codexis Software and rights therein and Merck will maintain the copyright notice and any other notices that appear on the Codexis Software on any copies and any media. Merck will not (and will not allow any Affiliate or Third Party to) [***]. Prior to disposing of any media or apparatus containing any part of the Codexis Software, Merck shall completely destroy any Codexis Software contained therein. All the limitations and restrictions on Codexis Software in this Agreement shall also apply to any Codexis Documentation for the Codexis Software.
