Common use of Cognate Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Cognate Insurance Obligations. Cognate is required to obtain and to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, in such amounts as are reasonably acceptable to NW Bio, (a) product liability insurance covering the manufacture of its DCVax® Products by Cognate, and (b) such other insurance as is reasonable or customary in the industry. NW Bio will be a named insured and beneficiary on all such insurance coverages.

Cognate is required to obtain and to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement, in such amounts as are reasonably acceptable to NW BioNWBT, (a) product liability clinical trial insurance covering the manufacture of its all DCVax® Products manufactured by Cognate, and (b) such other insurance as is reasonable or customary in the industry. NW Bio will NWBT shall be a named insured and beneficiary on all such insurance coverages.
